You have to be on the job site to handle the day to day operation of building someone’s dream!

Troy’s grandfather and father have been residential builders since the late 50’s; thus, Troy learned the old-fashioned way. Troy, a native Atlantan, graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1990, worked two years for Delta Airlines and then in commercial floor covering sales. In 1993, Troy decided to become a full-time custom home builder. Troy’s attention to detail and commitment to quality is evident in all of his homes. Whether he is building a starter home community or a custom luxury estate home.

Troy recently built a total of eight city homes in a gated community called Buckhead Place. More recently, he completed a mountain retreat home for a customer that in previous years had contracted Troy to build an addition to her in-town home (repeat customers are the best!). With a BBA in Management, a member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association from 1993-2008 and a Certified Professional Homebuilder, Troy has a strict adherence to quality which was instilled early in his career and the advantages of new technology and earth-friendly methods available today.
