We look at every job from the owner’s perspective. If you need us to build for a flat fee, cost plus, or hard cost, we can tailor your contract for your needs. We also know our limits; so that is why we will talk about your needs and budget before selecting a plan, or area to build. Troy will look at all your construction needs, while many say, “no job is too small”, this is not always true for a General Contractor, so Troy will tell you before accepting a job if he can be competitive.
